We do all types of concrete wall work but bridges are our main focus. If you own a piece of property that is inaccessible due to a creek that crosses the property or a low laying swampy area that you cannot cross in wet weather we are the answer to your problem.
Most of our bridges are on county roads in Texas and are designed and built to withstand the heaviest loads, such as large grain trucks grossing over 100,000 lbs. The bridge we build on your property will be of the same design as the county road bridges, in case you ever need to cross with a concrete truck or other type of heavy equipment you don’t have to worry if the bridge will carry the load!
Our bridges vary in length from 20’ to 60’ in 10’ increments but can be built longer or shorter to fit each individual need. Our coverage area is typically a 200 mile radius from home but other arrangements can be made if your location is farther away. Feel free to contact us and we will discuss the options and if feasible, come inspect the property and give you an estimate on the cost of construction.
Due to our 30 plus years of experience building basements, we can build a basement that will stay dry.
Most of the basements we build are built on lake lots or building sites where there is to much slope to efficiently build a normal slab foundation. This type of basement is typically called a walkout basement. Meaning the front of the house is single story and the rear of the house is two story or vice-versa.
If you own land with a lot of slope and want to build a house on it, contact us before you start hauling dirt. If you are in our coverage area we will come inspect the site, discuss your options with you, and give you a free estimate.
A lot of properties have low lying wooded areas that stay wet much of the year making the area hard to access and maintain. Typically these areas do not hold water long enough to effectively attract and hold waterfowl. Large properties like this are often eligible for NRCS assistance but many small properties are not eligible.
If you own a piece of property that falls under this category contact us and we will discuss your options with you help you do a feasibility study and give you an estimate on the cost of construction.
All of us here in the Midwest know, and have seen the results of tornadoes and straight line wind storms. For the past 30 years we have been building safe rooms in Texas and Oklahoma. Our hope is that you will never have to use your safe room, but what greater peace of mind can you have than knowing your family and valuables will be protected in the event of a severe storm.
We build all types and sizes of safe rooms but have found that the most economical and efficient ones are built on your concrete slab before the house is built. A standard size for this type of safe room is 6’x 8’ but can be built any size to fit your particular house plan.
This type of safe room must be in the plan before construction begins due to the fact that vertical rebar must be left protruding out of the foundation for us to tie onto to secure the safe room to the foundation.
If you own a house that is already built and would like to have a safe room that is accessible from inside the house we can build one adjoining your existing foundation and with remodeling type construction it can be incorporated into the house allowing you access from inside the house.
We also offer underground safe rooms. But due to the extra cost of excavation, water proofing, and drainage these types of rooms are much more expensive to build. Contact us and together we will develop a plan that will meet your specific needs.
